With “Silk from Krefeld...”
... Haus der Seidenkultur (HdS) is currently to be found in the Schwanenmarkt. Silk scarves and neckties with various different historic patterns which were once woven in the Hubert Gotzes weaving workshop for ecclesiastical textiles (now HdS) will be on sale there until 21st. December.  “We have included many new patterns and colours in our collection to offer high-class Christmas presents “Made in Krefeld”, says HdS Chairman Hansgeorg Hauser. The Christmas stand is open on weekdays from 10.00 to 19.00 hours and on Saturdays from 10.00 to 18.00 hours. “We will also be contributing to the Christmas market in the Schwanenmarkt on Sunday, 15th December from 13.00 hours to 18.00 hours when the shops are also open for business,” says Hauser.
