Withdrawal instruction

With us you have 14 days after receipt of your order to return the article to us. Please return the goods in their original packaging. Please enclose the completed return form. If you have paid in advance, please let us know your bank details for the refund of the purchase price. If you chose the payment method PayPal, the amount will be credited back to your PayPal account.

The timely return of the goods from Germany is of course free of charge. The costs for returns from abroad are borne by the buyer.
